Here’s what your face reveals without you saying a word:
😠 Chronic worry or overthinking → etched “11” lines between the brows
Your brain has been in fight-or-flight so often that the corrugator muscles stay semi-contracted… even when you’re resting.
😔 Long-term sadness or people-pleasing → downturned mouth corners.
The depressor anguli oris muscle gets overused from micro-suppressions of “I’m fine” smiles. Over decades, gravity + muscle memory pull the mouth down permanently.
🤨 Self criticism or judgement → lip tightening.

Here's a simple one: when putting on mascara, we always open the first eye a bit wider. Do that for years, and it starts to show as asymmetry.
Quick fix: just alternate which eye you start with each day.

Did you know that your phone might be aging your face faster than time does?
